If you are delivering an oral presentation in-person, you will be allocated 15 minutes total, which includes 3 minutes for question time and a 2 minute transition. Therefore, please plan to present for 10 out of 15 of those minutes.
If you plan to deliver a powerpoint, please share your slides at least 24 hours in advance of your presentation. You can email your slides to [email protected] OR turn them in at the registration desk / presenters hub at the conference. If you are presenting on Tuesday, September 13 you must provide your presentation via email or check in on September 12. The presentation must be in .ppt or PDF format. Practice stations will be available to check the readability of your presentation (exact location to be confirmed).
Please note, powerpoint dimensions of standard 4:3 will display best on the venue’s projectors.
There will be dedicated poster sessions held following the oral presentations on two days. The symposium organizers have provided you with a poster number that will correspond to your display location. In addition, the organizers will provide a method to attach your poster to the poster board. You are responsible for bringing your poster to the event. Please display your poster at the beginning of your assigned presentation day in the poster presentation room. Presenting authors must remain at their poster during the assigned session.
Posters will be A0 size in portrait orientation (84.1cm wide x 118.9cm high) (33.11 x 46.81 inches)
If you wish to include your poster on the online site, please provide a pdf to [email protected] by August 22, 2022.
Poster presentations: please email a PDF of your poster (under 2 MB) to our streaming contractor. Please check your email to locate the contractors contact information. Keep in mind that you will be able to answer questions about your poster online only during the poster presentation.
Oral presentations: please email an MP4 of your video recording to our streaming contractor. Please check your email to locate the contractors contact information. We recommend recording your presentation in the highest quality possible. Please be sure to include any thanks or opening statements in your video presentation. Keep in mind that you will be able to answer questions in the chat on the online platform in real time only during your presentation. Therefore, we recommend that you tune in to view your session
For those delivering virtual presentations, please share your video recording or your presentation by August 22, 2022. Video recordings submitted after this date will not be eligible for streaming.
